The farm was established in 1942-1943 on 24010 decares of land within the agricultural combines. Later, 7,635 da of this land was distributed to the local people and the remaining 16,375 da of land remained within the State Production Farm.
This enterprise was later established by the General Directorate of Agricultural Enterprises (TİGEM). was incorporated and agricultural and animal husbandry activities were continued.
Çiçekdağı Agricultural Enterprise was leased for 30 years on 24.12.2004 to engage in agricultural activities. Immediately after the repairs and renovations and the completion of the Seed Facility, the official opening of the Enterprise was held in July 2005 with the participation of our Minister of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, Mr. Mehdi Eker.

As the first step in realizing this philosophy, the concentrated feed preparation unit with a capacity of 10 tons per hour, supported within the scope of the Rural Development project, was completed in 2009 and this facility was put into operation.

The milk and dairy products factory, which is also supported within the scope of the Rural Development project and has a capacity of 4.5 tons per hour, will be completed and put into operation by the end of this year (2010).

As of this year in business Fattening activities for a total of 3000 sheep and goat lambs, especially Akkaraman and Kıvırcık and Romanov hybrid sheep breeds, are also carried out.

Employee
İLCİ Çiçekdağı Agricultural Enterprise employs around 120 personnel in total, including 15 technical and 5 administrative personnel.
This figure is constantly increasing due to seasonal activities and newly commissioned integrated facilities.
In personnel employment, 90% of the human resources of the region are given priority in order to contribute to the socio-economic development of the region.
Machine park
In the Farm, where a technology-dependent business method prevails, based on the basic principle of profitability and time saving, a unique machinery park has been created in our region by purchasing the latest technology agricultural tools and machines needed for all agricultural activities.
Land Asset
The total land of İLCİ Çiçekdağı Agricultural Enterprise is 16,375 decares, of which 15,000 decares are used for crop production. 5,500 decares of this land are used for cultivation. irrigated, and the remaining 9,500 decares Dry farming is done.
Infrastructure work continues to increase the irrigated agricultural areas to 6,500 decares in a short time. With the work carried out on non-cultural land, approximately 450 decares of artificial pasture was established, especially for the purpose of grazing sheep.
