The basic philosophy of İlci Tarım is to take agriculture with a holistic approach and implement all chains from "field to table" at the business level in order to bring our agricultural development level to world standards.
For this reason, serious industrial investments are made to transform plant and animal products into final products.
Feed mill
As the first step in realizing this philosophy, the concentrated feed preparation unit with a capacity of 10 tons per hour, supported within the scope of the Rural Development project, was completed in 2009 and this facility was put into operation.
It is also planned to sell industrial feed to regional farmers in the coming years from this factory, which currently meets its own feed needs.
Milk and Dairy Products Factory
The milk and dairy products factory, which is also supported within the scope of the Rural Development project and has a capacity of 4.5 tons per hour, will be completed and put into operation by the end of this year (2010).
This facility, where half of its own milk production will be processed in the short term, will operate at full capacity with the development of breeding dairy cattle and will play a leading role in healthy, reliable and natural milk and dairy products in our country.
Capacity will be increased at the end of 2011.

Seed Preparation Facility
A modern seed preparation facility with a capacity of 12 tons/hour was also established in the enterprise in order to prepare higher quality certified grain, legume, forage crops and industrial plant seeds for our farmers.
This facility has now started to provide services for cleaning and packaging the seeds of our farmers in the surrounding villages.
